What is your capacity?

  • Crimson Lane can accommodate 200 in the main hall and another 150 guest in the chapel/overflow room.

 

Are linens provided?

  • We provide standard white linen tablecloths.

What are the rental hours?

  • The rental is a total of 14 hours, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m.

Can we decorate before the rental begins?

  • The only way you can decorate before your event time begins is if you purchase the Crimson Weekend package. 

What do I have to set up?

  • Crimson Lane will have all tables, chairs, and linens set up before you arrive the morning of your event. You will decide on your layout 30 days prior to the event.

What am I responsible for cleaning up?

  • Renters are responsible for cleaning up all trash and decor that does not belong to Crimson Lane. Crimson Lane will clean up all linens as well as tear down tables and chairs. Please make sure all trash is in trash cans and all items have been removed from tables. Anything left will be forfeited to Crimson Lane as well as deposit. 

Are other events hosted on the same day?

  • We only book one event per day. Our attention will be entirely focused on you. 

Is alcohol allowed?

  • We do have a liquor license and purchase of alcohol through Crimson Lane will be required for all events. You are not permitted to bring in your own alcohol. We have professional bar staff that will serve you and your guests. There is an alcohol set up fee.

Do you cater?

  • Crimson Lane does not cater. We have an open vendor policy, meaning we allow any licensed and insured caterer to bring food into our establishment. We do have a preferred vendors list as a recommendation, but you do not have to choose exclusively from this list.

Is parking provided?

  • We have a well lit parking lot, attached by sidewalk to the venue, that can accommodate up to 150 cars.

 

Are there rooms to get ready in?

  • Our bridal suite and grooms room are provided with the rental for the parties to get ready in on the day of the event.

 

What kinds of chairs are provided?

  • We provide 350 white resin folding chairs and 350 X-back chairs to be used at your discretion. Any chairs that are inside will not be permitted to move outside during your event. 

 

Do you have a wedding planner?

  • Crimson Lane does have a day of coordinator and wedding planner that couples are able to hire. We highly recommend hiring a planner or day of coordinator.

 

What happens if it rains?

  • If it were to rain on the day of your event, the ceremony will be held inside in the chapel. The chapel is large enough to comfortably fit 180 guests. We will discuss further plans with the bride and groom as it gets closer to the event.
